Haq family establishes scholarship for 1962 graduate

The family of Subhanul Haq have donated $100,000 to Indiana Tech for the creation of an endowed engineering scholarship.

The Subhanul Haq Engineering Scholarship is available to existing undergraduate international students in good academic standing within the Talwar College of Engineering and Computer Sciences. Awardees must maintain a 2.5 GPA to remain eligible to receive this scholarship support for up to four years. 

Mr. Haq graduated from Indiana Tech in 1963 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and worked as an engineer throughout his life with Medtronics. Several patents for biomedical devices are registered in his name.
