Baseball

Record: 42-16-1, 17-4-1 WHAC (1st/12), repeated as WHAC Champions and won the WHAC Tournament for the first time since 2013

Postseason: Won the Williamsburg Bracket of the NAIA Opening Round with a 3-0 record and advanced to the Avista NAIA World Series for the first time since 2003, went 1-2 at the World Series, falling to eventual national champion Tennessee Wesleyan in their second game and were eliminated by defending national champion Southeastern in extra innings

Coach Kip McWilliams was named the WHAC Coach of the Year while Glen McClain earned Player of the Year honors. McClain ended up being an NAIA all-American, CoSIDA Academic all-America Team Member of the Year, a first-team all-WHAC selection, a WHAC Gold Glove winner and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

The 2018-19 Warriors basketball squad won the WHAC Tournament for the first time since 2008 and an automatic bid to the NAIA Division II National Championship tournament.

 

Women’s Basketball

Record: 32-4, (program record for wins) 18-2 WHAC (1st/11), repeated as WHAC regular season champions and won the WHAC Tournament for the first time in program history. Finished the season ranked seventh in the NAIA Top 25 Poll. Won a program record 23 straight games from Nov. 3, 2018 through Feb. 6, 2019.

Postseason: Advanced to the quarterfinals of the NAIA Division II National Championship for the first time since 1993, fell to top-ranked and eventual national championship Concordia University (Neb.)

Record: 1st/13 WHAC regular season standings (second straight), runners-up at WHAC Tournament

Postseason: Finished 1st at the NAIA National Invitational in qualifying and went 1-2 in match play. Marcus McClain and Keen Ching qualified for the USBC Singles Championships, first bowlers in program history to do that. Ching was 12th in qualifying and lost in the first round, while McClain was second in qualifying and fell in the quarterfinals
