Dr. Jeffrey Walls, professor of business administration, and Dr. LeAnn Brown, a 2013 graduate from Indiana Tech’s Ph.D. program, presented “Success Advice 101: Understanding Your Assets” in June during a nationwide Society for Human Resource Management student webinar.

Carrie Duke, assistant professor of rhetoric/composition, will have her essay “Long Days under the Sloped Glass: Greenhouse Memories in ‘Transplanting’” published this year by the Ohio University Press in “A Field Guide to the Poetry of Theodore Roethke,” edited by William Barillas.

Amy Shank (pictured), assistant professor of biology, and Julie Good, associate professor of biology, were among six faculty groups from Indiana Tech who delivered peer-reviewed sessions at February’s Fort Wayne Teaching and Learning Conference. Shank and Good spoke on the “Unwritten Curriculum and Diversity in STEM.”
